Frédéric Bousquet - Composer, musician, inventor, producteur
Frédéric BOUSQUET (1974) is an explorer of the sound world, artist and eclectic French craftsman living in the Cévennes National Natural Park (UNESCO).
He is considered as the world specialist of the Euphone, whose instrumental facture he develops within Titanium Sound (Foundation 2005) and whose historigraphy he writes in his thesis "An approach to the instrumental facture of the Titanium Euphone through the study of the Lasry Baschet glass organ and the Cristal Baschet, extended to that of the Euphon of E. F. F. Chladni" (1087 pages, Paris8, 2018).
Pioneer of digital mixed music since 1992, he rediscovers the original repertoire of this instrument and participates in the creation of a large repertoire, particularly in connection with the creation of contemporary intermedia music. Since then, he has performed a number of transcriptions and adaptations covering twelve centuries of sound creation, with the most varied musical and artistic aesthetics (Dance, theater, Fine Arts), within various troupes (Petit Théâtre de Pain, Théâtre du Soleil) and musical ensembles: Ensemble Hope (1994), Destructures Sonores (1997), Collectif Mixed Arts (1999), Ensemble Stolon (2004), Troubadour Art Ensemble (2007), Nysno (2016).
In 2018, He co-founded INVENTŎR - international ensemble of musical instrument inventors - to develop based on new sound generators and new sound gestures, the PROSPECTIVE MUSIC. He pursues an international career (North Africa, Americas, China, Europe, Switzerland), invited to contribute to many teaching and research programs (Pedagogy, heritage and sound ecology), ambassador of instrument making at the service of expression and sound creation, which he considers as the collective art par excellence. He is President of the NGO Facteurs d'Instruments Sans Frontières (Sound Without Borders).

Dr. Frédéric BOUSQUET (born 1974) is a french artist, living in Quézac (National Natural Park of the Cévennes, UNESCO).
